A monthly donation is one of the most effective ways to support Jessie’s. It provides critical and consistent funding that can be directed to areas of greatest need.

Every individual gift goes towards supporting young pregnant and parenting women and their children.

Other Ways to Donate

Consider turning an event into a fundraiser to benefit Jessie’s. It can be as simple as asking for donations in lieu of gift giving at a baby shower or a birthday party. You might also like to host a dinner party, a bake sale, or organize a sports event to raise awareness and raise funds.

Working with the Toronto District School Board, we offer an on-site high school so young moms can graduate from grade 12 with an Ontario high school diploma.
The majority of them express interest in continuing on with higher education. Jessie’s scholarship program provides each participant pursuing post-secondary education with a $1000 scholarship so that they receive some financial support to help pay tuition fees for a post-secondary program.
Scholarship recipients are highly motivated young moms who recognize that higher education increases their chances for better employment and more stable housing, enabling them to provide a brighter future for themselves and their children. -
Leaving a legacy gift to Jessie’s in your will is a meaningful way to make a significant impact on the future of pregnant young women and young mothers in Toronto.
The process is simple. You only need to name Jessie’s - The June Callwood Centre for Young Women as a beneficiary in your will. You can leave a percentage of your estate, a cash donation, a life insurance policy, securities or property. Your lawyer can contact us for any legal information that is required.
A bequest offers financial advantages to you and your family by maximizing tax and estate benefits. -
Support the Swap Shop with In-Kind Donations. The Swap Shop offers clothing, baby essentials, and household items to young parents and families at no cost. We gratefully accept both new and gently used donations in good condition.
